Popster Cody Simpson geeft zijn Twitter aan een Syrische vluchteling
Het tieneridool gaf zijn Twitter account en 7,52 miljoen volgers uit handen aan Thair Orfahi, een Syrische vluchteling. Op die manier kon Orfahi tweeten over zijn vlucht uit Syrië naar Libanon, Egypte, Italië en Duitsland als eindstop.

Dit mooie gebaar kwam er op initiatief van de Verenigde Naties. Die organisatie riep de hashtag #ShareHumanity in het leven om onbekende en bekende Twitteraars aan te moedigen om echte verhalen en gruwelijke ervaringen van de vluchtelingen te delen.
